Delivery Timeline

  • We aim to dispatch orders the same day if payment is made by 1:00 PM on a business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • While we do our best to ensure next-day delivery, we cannot guarantee this timeframe due to potential delays beyond our control, such as courier issues, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Costs

  • Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and depend on destination and size of order.
  • If you require a timed delivery, please contact us on the details below before placing an order.

Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will provide instructions for redelivery or collection.

SolaSkirt Returns and Refund Policy

At SolaSkirt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for undamaged goods, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The items are returned unused, and in good condition.
  • The return is initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the materials only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

How to Return an Item

  • Carefully package the item(s) to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@SolaSkirt.co.uk . We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, where applicable. Claims for damage or incorrect items needs to be reported as soon as possible and within 14-day of delivery.
