SolaMesh is a premium solar panel mesh solution designed to give a sleek, unobtrusive appearance and create a strong physical barrier that keeps pigeons at bay.
The kit contains SolaSkirt clamps, which allows the solar panel mesh to be installed on panels with a box profile edge or panels with no lip. Whatever kind of solar panels you have, you can get our SolaMesh to lie flush and fully protect your solar technology.
Your 30m SolaMesh Kit contains:
Clamps provided are for panel thickness of 30-40mm, please contact us if you need clamps for 40-50mm panels.
Start by installing the clamps along one edge of the array and fit the mesh, securing it in the clamps with the shims, then work around the rest of the sides.
If you have Roman (wavy) tiles press the mesh down into the valleys.
For corner areas, corner ties can be used to hold the solar panel mesh in place.

If you are an installer and there’s a problem, we’ll send our IRATA-trained rope-access team to your customer’s site, carry out any remedial work required (free of charge if SolaSkirt was installed correctly), and check the entire installation – saving you time, hassle, and the cost of scaffolding. As far as we know, no other pigeon-proofing company offers this level of hands-on support. It’s not just protection – it’s peace of mind, for you and your customers.
